Only 3 of 19 teams in NBA history have lost the first 2 games at home and still won the series.
The good news:
The Wizards had identical 22-19 home and road records this season, so they are no better at home than on the road.
The Bulls were 21-20 on the road this season, so they have no trouble winning away from home.
The Bulls had leads of 10+ points in the second half of each of the first two games, so it's not like they've been getting dominated or anything.
The Bulls seem to play much better after people write them off.
The Bulls won 5 playoff games last year, and 3 of them were on the road. They were 3-4 on the road and only 2-3 at home, so they don't seem to have any sort of home court advantage anyway in the playoffs.
The bad news:
Unless Rose makes a miracle comeback this weekend, they still don't really have anyone who can score late in a close game.
Thibs doesn't seem to make adjustments on offense late in games, so I don't know if anything will change.
The Bulls' Offensive Efficiency of 104.9 is already much better than their 99.7 during the regular season, can we really expect them to do much better?

You have 5 in the good news and 3 in the bad news, but I have to say this series is over.
They have blew it in the 2nd half twice with big leads, they aren't coming back from that.

You're probably right Marvin, but keep hope alive. At least for another 3 hours or so, if they lose tonight it is definitely over.
